Our qualified expert instructor, Anne Marie Dimisi, will teach you how to replace pain, stiffness and restricted function with comfort, flexibility and effortless movement.

Your program will be tailored to your individualised needs and injuries, will be regularly assessed and will evolve as your physical condition progresses.

We keep the classes small and supervise your exercises to ensure you are using the correct technique and body alignment to improve treatment outcomes.

And we promise a non-gym experience for everyone – there is definitely no lycra here!
