Kendl grew up in the coastal town of Portland, before moving to Melbourne to complete studies in clinical Exercise Physiology and Pilates. She has a passion for movement and is fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself, through movement, a positive mindset and the right advice.
Kendl believes most people don’t realise how good their bodies are supposed to feel, and takes a holistic approach in helping people move better, manage pain and get back to the activities they enjoy.
She has experience working with neurological conditions such as Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, and brain injuries, as well as rehabilitation post back, hip and knee surgeries.
Kendl loves working with people of all ages, and has a particular interest in persistent pain, back pain, oncology, neurological conditions and falls prevention.
In her spare time, Kendl enjoys pilates, walking with her beautiful golden retriever, cooking healthy snacks and spending time with family and friends.
